In particular, the said counsel have the power to appear, plead act and answer in the above named court or any other court witch  the business is transferred , to sign and file pleadings and other documents what so ever connected with said matter or my matter to apply for and get issued any arrest, attached or other execution warrants or order and to conduct any proceedings that arise there from to apply for and receive payment of any or all sums, to compromise and refer the matter/dispute involved in litigation to arbitration or other advocate with them who shall have equal authority.

And I/We do hereby agree to ratify and confirmed all lawful act done on My/Our behalf under or by virtue of these presents of the usual practice in such matter.

Provided always that if the case he dismissed in default or proceeds ex-party, the said counsel shall not be held responsible for same, and I/WE here by agree that in the event of non fulfillment of any financial and/ or other commitment by Me/Us, the foresaid counsel be entitled to withdraw from the above mentioned case.
