PETITION FOR SUBMISSION OF CHALLAN OF THE CASE
IN THE ANTI TERRORIST COURT
Respected sir,
That petitioner is the unfortunate
girl of 18-19 years Naila Bibi victim of offence u/s 376(ii) PPC of the
captioned FIR.
That the victim was abducted by
four persons was raped and video of the scene of occurrence of rape was
prepared which has been provided to the I.O.
That the victim recorded her
statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C wherein she has stated that the video film is the used
and she was asked to bring her sister for their pleasure, falling which that
video was to be made public widely.
That u/s 6(i) of the anti
terrorism act 1997,
“this act of the accused has
created serious risk to the safety of public or a section of the public or
designed to frighten the general public thereby prevent them from coming out
and caring on their lawful trade and daily business and disrupts civic life”.
That the narration of FIR and
statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C leads to the definition as afore mentioned and such of
the offence is such which disrupts the civic life of poor ladies of the general
public.
Kindly submit the challan to anti terrorist
court for early trial please.
