APPLICATION FOR GRANTING STAY IN THE MAIN TITLED FAMILY SUIT TILL THE FINAL CONCLUTION OF THE TITLED APPEAL

RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH,

1. That the appellant has filed an appeal today in this honorable court in which next date of hearing has yet been fixed.
2. That the contents of the main titled appeal are the integral part of the titled application.
3.  That the balance of convenience also lies in favor of the applicant/appellant.
4. That there is sufficient material on accepting the titled application and granting stay till the final conclusion of the main titled suit.
5. That if the aforesaid application is not accepted the applicant shall be suffered irreparable loss and injury.

                                                PRAYER

In view of the above narrated all facts and circumstances of the case it is humbly prayed that the titled application may kindly be accepted and granting stay in the main titled suit till the final disposal of the suit.
